What each alternative offers

01Dripshipper

Best if coffee is your main product

Dripshipper gives you more coffees and teas to sell, with different sizes and grinds. Coffee is roasted after the order comes in, and you can sell one bag at a time. Start with a few coffees and add more when you know what customers like. You will need a separate supplier for supplements. [source]

02Roastify

Best for a lower Base fee and printed boxes

Roastify Base costs $15 a month. It has fewer coffees to choose from, and its printed 12 oz package is a cardboard box with a bag and valve inside. Choose it if you like that packaging and it has the coffees you need. More products are available on Pro. [source]

03Path Coffee Roasters

Best for help getting started

Path gives you an account manager and help setting up your store. It charges a setup fee instead of a monthly program fee. You pay more at the start, so compare that cost with how long you expect to use the service. [source]

When to stay with Supliful

Stay with Supliful if you want supplements, skincare and coffee from the same supplier. You can still use Dripshipper for more coffee choices and fresh roasting, but you will then have two suppliers. Check the extra shipping costs and how you will handle questions about separate orders. [source]

Before moving from Supliful

  1. List the coffees, teas, bag sizes and grinds you want to sell.
  2. Check that the new supplier has each one. Order samples and ask when the coffee is roasted and shipped.
  3. List any products you will keep with Supliful. Work out shipping for an order with products from both suppliers.
  4. Update labels and photos. Test a purchase, tracking updates and a cancellation before switching.

If an order will arrive in two boxes, say so at checkout and in order emails. Give customers one clear place to ask for help.
