Can I taste the coffee first?
Yes. Order samples from our sample store and brew them the way your customers will. Check the current price and delivery details at checkout.
Can I use my own logo or label?
Yes. Add your logo through the packaging setup or use the custom-label process for a complete design. Follow the current labeling guide and check any review charge before submitting artwork.
Do I need to pay for a separate online store?
A Merchuno store is included free with Dripshipper. If you prefer Shopify, allow an optional $39/month for that platform. Payment processing, custom domains, paid apps, and other optional services can add costs.

You choose products, set prices, promote your store, and support your customers. Our roasting partners prepare, label, and ship paid orders under your brand. Your customer's checkout payment and your Dripshipper invoice are separate.
How long will delivery take?
Allow for preparation and carrier transit. The current shipping guide lists 1-5 business days before dispatch, followed by an additional 1-5 business days for standard delivery, depending on location.
Can I order coffee for a shop or an event?
Yes. Compare the wholesale coffee options for stocked inventory with sending individual orders directly to customers. Confirm product availability and delivery timing before a large order or promotion.
