Best coffee dropshipping suppliers for low-volume sellers (2026)

By Dripshipper · Updated October 2, 2026

If you sell five orders a month, a $30 monthly plan adds $6 to each order. If you sell thirty, it adds $1. Include that cost as well as coffee and shipping when you choose a supplier.

The short answer

Start with Roastify Base if a low monthly fee matters most and it has the coffees you need. Choose Dripshipper if its extra coffee choices, sizes, teas or regular bags are worth the higher fee to you. Look at Path if you plan to keep selling long enough to make its setup fee worthwhile.

The shortlist

01Roastify

Best for a lower monthly starting price

Roastify Base is $15 a month, plus coffee and shipping. Make sure the coffees you want are included; Pro costs more. Its printed 12 oz package is a cardboard box with a bag and valve inside. [source]

02Dripshipper

Best for more coffee choices in regular bags

Dripshipper Starter is $30 a month. The extra cost may be worth it if you need more coffees, teas, sizes or regular bags. Pay for the options you will use, not just a longer product list. Add certification-program fees only if you join those programs. [source]

03Path Coffee Roasters

Best for a longer-term plan

Path charges $350 or $400 to set up, then no monthly program fee. Spread that cost over the orders you expect to sell. It may be too much for a short trial that ends after a few months. [source]

Costs to check when sales are small

  • Monthly fees per orderDivide the monthly fee by the number of orders you expect. Try a quiet month as well as a good month.
  • Your timeCount the time you spend checking orders, answering tracking questions and fixing mistakes.
  • Months without salesRead the pause and cancellation rules. Include any fees you keep paying between busy seasons.
  • Shipping one bagGet a price for sending one bag to a likely customer. Do not use a cheaper per-bag price for a big order if most people will buy one.

If you sell five orders a month

At five orders a month, a $15 plan adds $3 per order and a $30 plan adds $6. At thirty orders, those costs fall to $0.50 and $1. You still need to add coffee, shipping and your other store costs. The plans also include different products. Compare the costs for the coffee you will actually sell.

Budget for a quiet month

  1. Make a realistic guess at your monthly orders.
  2. Ask each supplier for the cost of one bag with shipping.
  3. Add a share of monthly fees and the time you spend on each order.
  4. Compare your estimate with your real costs after the first sales.

Frequently asked questions

Does a lower monthly fee always cost less overall?

No. Add coffee, shipping, setup and the plan you need. Compare the same kind of order with each supplier.

When should I change suppliers?

When the savings or better service are worth the work. Include new labels, samples and store setup before switching over a small monthly saving.
