Buyer’s guide
Best coffee fundraising programs for nonprofits (2026)
A two-week coffee sale needs a different plan from a shop that stays open all year. Decide how long you will sell, where the coffee will go and who will answer order questions. Then choose a supplier.
Disclosure: This is a Dripshipper guide. We used supplier information and have not tested the services side by side.
The short answer
Ask Aroma Ridge about its separate fundraising program if you want to collect orders for a set time. Check that it is available. For a year-round online shop, compare Dripshipper and Roastify. Work out your costs before deciding how much the sale can raise.
| Supplier | Best for | Plan and setup fees | Store connection or service |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aroma Ridge | Best to ask about for a short fundraiser | Ask for current fundraising prices and availability [source] | Collect orders first, then submit them together [source] |
| Dripshipper | Best for a year-round coffee shop | From $30/month; coffee and other products cost extra [source] | Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, BigCommerce [source] |
| Roastify | Best if you want a hosted online shop | Base $15/month; Pro $49/month; product and shipping extra [source] | Shopify on paid plans; hosted store on Pro [source] |

The shortlist
01Aroma Ridge
Best to ask about for a short fundraiser
Aroma Ridge describes a fundraiser where you plan the coffee offer, collect sales and submit the order. Ask for current prices, dates and delivery details. Its dropshipping pause does not tell us whether this separate program is open. [source]
02Dripshipper
Best for a year-round coffee shop
Dripshipper can ship coffee with your group’s label, one order at a time. Someone still needs to run the store and answer questions. Include the monthly fee and other costs when you work out how much money is left for your group. [source]
03Roastify
Best if you want a hosted online shop
Roastify Pro includes a store hosted by Roastify and coffee order shipping. Add the plan fee, coffee, shipping and payment costs. It is a coffee store service, not a special fundraising program. Its printed 12 oz package is a cardboard box with a bag and valve inside. [source]

What to decide with your volunteers
- A short sale or a year-round shopChoose how long people can order. Tell supporters and volunteers clearly.
- Money left for your groupSubtract coffee, delivery, fees, store costs and likely replacements before saying how much you will raise.
- Who answers questionsChoose someone to handle missing orders and address changes, even after the sale ends.
- Who receives the coffeeCheck whether it goes straight to supporters or all arrives with your group. Allow time to sort and hand out a bulk delivery.
A school sale with a pickup day
A school group takes orders for two weeks and hands out coffee at an event. It needs a closing date, a complete order list and delivery early enough to sort the bags. A year-round shop needs someone to answer customer questions throughout the year. In either case, explain how you work out the money raised. The full sale price is not all profit for the group.
Before collecting orders
- Choose the sale dates and how coffee will be delivered.
- Check that the program is open and get a current price.
- Estimate the money left after costs using a realistic sales number.
- Choose volunteers to answer questions and check orders and payments.
Frequently asked questions
Is Aroma Ridge’s fundraiser paused too?
The notice we found covers new dropshipping and order-shipping accounts. Its separate fundraising page does not say whether new fundraisers can start now. Ask before collecting orders.
Is buying coffee the same as making a donation?
Do not assume so. This guide does not settle the tax or legal rules. Describe the sale and money raised clearly, and ask your group’s advisers before using donation wording.
