Best private-label coffee suppliers for cafés selling bags of coffee (2026)

The shortlist
01Joe’s Garage Coffee
Best for custom coffee bought in bulk
Joe’s can make custom blends or pack your own coffee. Get a quote for the amount, packaging and delivery to your café. It does not ship individual dropship orders. For online sales, you or a separate shipping service must send the bags to customers. [source]
02Path Coffee Roasters
Best for comparing bulk orders and dropshipping
Path offers both, through separate programs. Explain which coffees you serve, which bags you want on the shelf and what you plan to sell online. Ask about minimum orders and packaging for each service. [source]
03Dripshipper
Best for online orders without packing them yourself
Dripshipper can send coffee with your label straight to online customers. Your staff do not need to pack each order. If you also want bags to sell in the café, ask for that price separately. [source]

Price café sales and online sales separately
- A box to your café or a bag to a customerGet a price for both. Packing and shipping costs will differ.
- The taste customers expectIf you promise the same coffee people drink in your café, try it with your usual recipe first.
- How fast the bags sellBuy an amount you can store well and sell while it is fresh.
- Matching product detailsUse the same coffee names, weights and descriptions on shelves and online.
Let visitors order again from home
Your café sells a few bags a week, and visitors ask how to buy more when they get home. Keep some bags on the shelf, then use dropshipping for online orders if it works for you. You do not have to buy both types of orders in the same way. If shelf sales grow, ask for a new bulk price.
Try selling a small number of bags
- Estimate café sales and online sales separately.
- Get prices for delivery to your café and to individual customers.
- Try the coffee with your usual brewing recipe.
- Check sales and stock before placing a bigger order.
Frequently asked questions
Will Joe’s ship each online order for my café?
No. Joe’s requires bulk orders. Your café or a separate shipping service must send each customer order. Dripshipper can ship individual orders of our coffees with your label.
Are minimum orders the same for bulk buying and dropshipping?
Not always. Path has no minimum for dropshipping but lists a minimum for private-label orders you ship yourself. Check the service you plan to use.
Should I replace my café’s current roaster?
Check what it offers first. It may already sell bags with your label or help with online orders. Keeping coffee your customers like may be more useful than switching.
