How Syncee is rated, with the numbers behind the score
We use the Syncee retailer app, not its separate supplier app. The review populations and displayed scores are different on Shopify and Wix. Percentages are shown as reported by the platform and may not add to 100% because of rounding.
The product supplier remains part of the decision
Syncee connects retailers with suppliers and supports product updates and order synchronization. Its marketplace includes products from several regions and categories. Some suppliers require retailer approval, which is worth checking before building a launch around their range. See the retailer app.
This model is useful when you want to add products without buying stock upfront. It also means a customer order may depend on a different supplier from the one that handled your last sale. Keep track of each supplier's shipping and return terms.
Evaluate the marketplace and the supplier as two connected decisions
Syncee helps stores discover and import products from suppliers. The marketplace can simplify catalog work, but the supplier behind an item remains central to fulfillment. Before adding many listings, find out who takes the product payment, who ships the order, and who resolves a damaged or missing item. Those responsibilities affect how your store supports the customer.
- Review one supplier in detail
Choose an item that fits the store and ask about inventory, dispatch, shipping, and returns. Compare the supplier agreement with the product claims you plan to make.
- Test the product data
Check variants, photos, descriptions, stock updates, and price settings after import. Write your own accurate listing rather than treating supplier text as a finished customer offer.
- Follow an order and an exception
Document how the product payment is made and where a refund request goes. A marketplace subscription and a supplier purchase may have different responsible parties.

The supplier relationship matters behind the app rating
Marketplace support does not necessarily control fulfillment
UBTrendz's July 2026 review described delayed orders from a named supplier and a difficult refund process. Syncee's reply said it refunded the marketplace subscription and clarified that supplier payments and fulfillment were handled by the supplier. The two sides of that exchange are worth reading together.
"The orders remained unfulfilled well beyond the promised processing time."
UBTrendz, Shopify, July 31, 2026
Ask who holds the product payment and which party can authorize a refund. Your store needs a workable customer-support process even when the app's support team is responsive. Keep supplier terms with each product you launch.
Import allowances can encourage an oversized catalog
The jump between plan allowances can make thousands of products look inexpensive to add. Every live listing still creates obligations around accuracy, stock, pricing, and customer questions. A bigger allowance is not a reason to publish products that do not fit the store.
Start with a supplier and range you can explain well. Compare a small group of delivered samples and keep a process for checking important product changes. Expand when the operating work is under control.
Where Syncee can help a merchant
Finding and organizing supplier products
A marketplace can make it easier to discover options and bring product data into the store. This is useful when you want to build a coherent range without contacting every potential supplier from scratch.
Assistance with the app workflow
MinDrick Store praised patient help resolving a problem in October. That is a useful service signal. Keep support for the software distinct from the supplier commitments about stock, product quality, and delivery.
"Benjamin was very patient all the way until the problem was solved."
MinDrick Store, Shopify, October 16, 2026
Syncee pricing: the plan fee is only part of the bill
Syncee's Shopify listing has a free plan with 25 product imports. Basic is listed at $39.99/month for 100 imports, Pro at $59.99 for 250, and Business at $99.99 for 10,000. The listing also shows introductory offers and separate annual prices. Look at the renewal amount, not just the introductory charge. Check current plan terms.
A plan allowance is not a target. Fifty relevant products with clear margins can be more useful than thousands of unrelated listings. Add supplier product and shipping costs before deciding whether the larger plan makes sense.
| Plan | Listed price | What that buys |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0/month | 25 product imports. |
| Basic | $39.99/month | 100 product imports. |
| Pro | $59.99/month | 250 product imports. |
| Business | $99.99/month | 10,000 product imports. |

A larger import allowance does not remove product costs
These figures divide the $39.99 monthly plan fee by order count. They exclude products, shipping, advertising, returns, and payment fees.
At twenty monthly orders, a $39.99 Basic plan adds about $2 per order. If the store needs Business, its $99.99 fee adds about $5 at that volume. Compare the allowance and features you will use before moving to a larger tier.
The supplier's product and delivery charges still determine much of the margin. Price a real basket, including items from different suppliers if customers will mix them. Introductory offers should be recorded separately from the renewal price so the second billing period is part of your forecast.

Check whose brand is on the product
Selling a supplier's branded item and selling coffee under your own label are different arrangements. Confirm that a Syncee supplier permits the exact branding you want. A custom product description does not change the branding on the bag.
Dripshipper is designed for coffee and tea with your label. If that is your plan, compare its catalog and fulfillment process with the specific supplier you found on Syncee. The useful comparison is between complete offers. See Dripshipper's labeling service.
Syncee is relevant to a merchant building a range from supplier catalogs. That can produce a distinctive retail store without turning every item into your own manufactured product. If private label coffee is the goal, get the supplier's branding permission and exact service terms first.
Dripshipper begins with coffee and tea carrying your label. Compare it with the specific Syncee supplier offer, rather than assuming marketplace access includes private labeling. The coffee, package, and fulfillment responsibility need to be clear whichever route you choose.

Know who is responsible before the first customer order
- Separate app billing from product payments
Record which business charges the subscription and which takes payment for an order. Keep the refund and cancellation rules for each arrangement.
- Test a supplier response
Ask a practical question about stock or returns for the product you selected. A clear answer before launch is more useful than discovering responsibility only after a customer complains.
- Keep the catalog manageable
Check product updates and samples with a small group first. Add another supplier only when the store can maintain accurate listings and explain the resulting shipping arrangements.
Our verdict: who should choose Syncee?
Use Syncee when your store needs products from several suppliers and you can evaluate each relationship. Compare Dripshipper when your main goal is a coffee brand with a consistent range and labeled packaging.
Syncee can help build and maintain a supplier-based catalog. Its strongest fit is a merchant willing to evaluate the suppliers as carefully as the app. For a coffee brand, compare a defined private label fulfillment offer and avoid leaving product ownership or refund responsibility ambiguous.
Questions people ask about Syncee
Is Syncee free?
Its Shopify listing includes a free plan with a limited number of product imports. Paid plans have different allowances and access. Products and shipping are separate costs.
Does Syncee work with Wix?
Yes. Its retailer app has a Wix App Market listing. That is separate from the app intended for suppliers.
Can I put my label on every Syncee product?
Do not assume that. Branding rights and product customization depend on the supplier and the agreement.
Does Syncee fulfill every order itself?
Read the agreement for the selected supplier. The response discussed in this review distinguishes marketplace subscription charges from supplier payments and fulfillment.
Are imported products automatically private label?
No. Importing a listing does not establish permission to change the product branding. Confirm the exact arrangement with the supplier.
Should I choose Business for the larger catalog?
Only if the needed functions and allowance justify it. A smaller, relevant catalog is often easier to maintain, sample, and support than thousands of untested listings.
